Pengkalan Emas Mall (PEM) is located along Jalan Pasir Puteh and opposite Station 18. It takes about 15 minutes drive from the city centre and it is also one of the well-know landmarks in Pasir Puteh.
The integrated complex cover approximately 450,000 square feet store consists of 126 units of retail and shops and major outlets under one roof. At the same time, the official opening was grandly officiated by DYMM Seri Paduka Baginda Sultan Perak in 2002.
